The Isle of Santia
The island of Santia as approximately 50 miles at it's widest point (east to west) There is only 1 major settlement on the island which is the town of Santia itself. There are however numerous small out lying hamlets and villages.
Places of note on the Island include 3 costal forts positioned respectively on the northern, eastern and southern peninsulas. Part of the unit’s charter includes the lease of these forts from the Queen to the Arcane Tempest for the purposes of training, garrisoning, and the general defence of Albion. The forts have come to be known by the pseudonyms Esther, Ruth and Jennifer.
Esther is the northern fort and is dedicated to the training and housing of new recruits. It is to all intents and purposes 'The Academy'.
Ruth sits on the eastern peninsula and is garrisoned by Mages that have graduated from Esther. It will in time become the heart of the AT, as more and more recruits pass out of Esther into active service. If Ruth reaches capacity then Jennifer will come on line as a second garrison.
Jennifer is the southern most fort and has yet to be developed. She still
stands in a state of disrepair that only a few years ago was characteristic
of all 3 forts.
