Mage Sergeant Apprentice Jim Crowe

Jim Crowe served as an impressment officer for the Albion navy, he held
the rank of lieutenant.
He had a knack for convincing others into the navy almost against
their better judgement, many men later claimed no knowledge of conversations
with him which led to their joining up.
However Crowe was also running a smuggling ring on the side and had dealing with privateers and forged letters of marque.
When caught he was to face court martial and death by hanging, but Gunn bought his commission from the navy and had him busted down to sergeant, serving as the academy quarter master.
Crowe would steal your wallet and sell it back to you for a profit.
