Miss Margaret Taylor"Dear Acting Captain Mage Prelate Lady Antonia Campbell, as my previous letter seems to have gone astray somewhere along the road between Santia and Polgooth (doubtless due to the presence of Fae troops in that area) here is a copy of my introduction for Miss Margaret Taylor, lately of Oxford. Miss Taylor is a Shaman of some skill who unfortunately has developed a habit of using her talents with - shall we say - a slight excess of enthusiasm. Whilst the magistrates agreed after each incident the claim of self-defence could be justified they also took the view that three assaults on her person in one evening while 'taking a short-cut home' through the same fifty foot alleyway, the last after having earlier being escorted to her own front door by gentlemen of the watch was perhaps more than simple misfortune. I have persuaded the magistrates that a spell in service to the Crown under the banner of the Tempest might prove salutory but in truth I do not think that she will ever have enough skill with weapons to take the field of battle. Still, she has a strong enough stomach (dare I say complete disregard) for the carnage of combat and seems willing to put herself in harm's way to further her knowledge so I believe she will be able to at least handle attachment to the unit, even if not as a full member. At the very least she can assist in the Ritual Circle and with the unit's researches. Gunn"
